Can I have uitillies in my name?

My Mother left her house to me in her will. In Oct. 07 I filled for bankruptcy. Will I be able to have the title and utilities put in my name or will I have to sell the property. The estate is still in probate and when it ends do I shut have to shut everything off in the house.
