Which bankruptcy, would be ideal for low income status to file?

Family of 4, and currently making less than 30,000 a year. Can no longer pay all expenses which include personal loan, auto loan, variety of credit cards and medical bills. Income comes from unemployment and V.A disability. Income dropped once i was discharge from the military from service connected injuries. Please, need serious advice and valuable info.
