Will things get better - DOB 12/15/1962?

I am nearly out of money and ready to file bankruptcy. Never have I been this low in my 48 years. I do have a 17 year old daughter who hopes to go to college in 2012. I am looking for work. I have no spouse. Will things get better? Why is this happening to me? My DOB is 12/15/1962 at 2:16 a.m. Born in Muskegon, Michigan. Please help. Thank you.
