Hair loss from teasing hair?

ok so i use to tease my hair like everyday last year and im afraid i might have lost hair on the top of my head? i was looking through some old pic las year when i didnt really tease it and my hair seems fuller or maybe its jus that i had more layers? if i did loose some hair how can it grow back or will it naturally?
