My sister was diagnosed with MS, what can i do?

She lives las Vegas NV and I'm in Utah... so cant physically be there for her all the time. I'm so sad. What should I do? I just found out. I dont know anything about MS, is it terminal? She said she basically crippled from it. Will she get better? She has two young boys about 8 and 5, this is heartbreaking. Please some one explain what this is? And will it get better?
