***PLEASE ATTORNEYS ONLY REPLY**SEVERAL QUESTIONS>>HELP!?

My wife and I are going through a divorce.I didn't sign any kind of prenuptial agreement,neither did she.In Jan 2010 she decided she didn't want to live together any longer and asked me to leave,so I went back to a house that I have a mortgage on in my name only.I had previously had an occupation making decent money and when I was laid off I turned to different ways for making money.I won a nice sum at a local casino.Of which I put some of that into the house and to live off of and now it's gone.I am currently unemployed and on the verge of losing my car ,home and everything I have worked so hard for over the years.She filed seperation papers in Feb 2010 and her attorney sent them to me.I have NOT signed anything.She wants me to sign a paper so she can get some of her 401K money out for unknown reasons.Am I entitled to any of her 401K money?Is she,or was she entitled to any of the money I won at the casino?I am practically broke now.I don't even have the money to file for bankruptcy or speak with a local attorney about this.Do you think a local attorney would answer this question for me over the phone without going into their office?Thank you in advance for your assistance.
