What funding is available for a Illinois student attending a Nevada college?

I'm moving to Las Vegas this summer and looking to attend UNLV is Nevada.What kind of grants and loans are available to me? Where can I find this info? I won't be using private loans since I have bad credit. I'm an independent student.
