Would bankruptcy be my best option?

Well I'm 20 years old I just did a credit check on myself and I have a 530 as my credit score . Well I know I was foolish and got 1 credit card and I have a lot of medical bills and a utility bill that isn't mine I was trying to be a nice girl and a cell phone bill , pretty much thousands of dollars I don't have at all. Now would bankruptcy be my best bet and which one would be the best, I just had a baby and moved so I don't have any extra money to pay these guys or I would but what would you guys think would be best I'm very opened minded to any answer even if there is a way I don't have to file.
