Carrying stun gun question in Nevada?

I'm 18 years old, no criminal record at all. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Is it legal for me to carry a stun gun, outside of my home? Can it be concealed, as in my pocket, or something like that? How much voltage, or amps would you recommend?
