How to activate Sony Vegas Editing system after torrenting it.?

I downloaded sony vegas pro 9 using utorrent, and everything was downloaded and good to go but now its asking me for a serial number, which i obviously do not possess. How do you get around this problem w/o purchasing the software? What do I do to get the full version from here?
